I am giving it a go. I actually worked out for about 45 minutes then played for another 15 minutes. I am getting better at the dancing, but my hoola hoops were off today. I so want to get back in shape. It is definitely more fun than jumping on the eliptical. Frank was very helpful tonight after he quit distracting me! He helped me get the rowing squats correct. On the plus side, I am no longer alone at the Plaza!
So dad is playing with you, huh? :) We'll need to figure out how to get y'all online as well and we can all play together sometime.
ReplyDeleteSo our gym guy said if you want to get into shape, it's important to lift weights as well. I went to sparkpeople.com to get a weight lifting workout for beginners. You should do both!
