Everybody's Posting
So everybody is posting so I thought I would too. I have been busy with school. 4th grade is kicking my butt with the new curriculum I have to learn, the Reponse to Instruction group we do now, and creating math common assessments. Thank goodness for the grands!

My Little Bugs
The grands love to wear the riding helmet around. I guess they are hoping someone will take pity on them and take them for a ride.

Been a while
I figured it was time to post again. A lot has been going on. Corgan turned a year old. He had the funniest way to dig into his cake. I also had a wonderful birthday celebration at Continental Corner with my family. Finally, we learned that Ava doesn't like the big fish when they are flopping on the ground at her. Corgan learned to wiggle a fishing lure at Ava to scare her. Boys!

Wii Fit for me!
I am giving it a go. I actually worked out for about 45 minutes then played for another 15 minutes. I am getting better at the dancing, but my hoola hoops were off today. I so want to get back in shape. It is definitely more fun than jumping on the eliptical. Frank was very helpful tonight after he quit distracting me! He helped me get the rowing squats correct. On the plus side, I am no longer alone at the Plaza!

New Year's Resolution
I resolve to be more productive in all aspects of my life. Getting healthy mentally and physically is my main goal so that I will be able to focus on engaging in my responsibilities to myself, my family, and God. This last year has been very hard in some ways and very rewarding in others. My children and their families are back in SC, and I have been basking in the joy my grandchildren bring. I am proud of my children and the responsible adults they have become. My children-in-laws are more than I could have hoped for as spouses for my children and parents to my grandchildren. Gratitude is given to a loving Heavenly Father for his plan of salvation and for Jesus's willingness to endure suffering for our sins, pains, and grief. I truly know that God exists and that he did not leave us here alone. There is so much I need to do to get back to in touch with the Holy Ghost so I will be able to make good decisions in the choices I will face in the future. I do not want to do that without divine guidance. I can say that I have had a great school year so far. I am enjoying my work so much more this year. Heavenly Father knows me because he has given me the blessing of well-behaved students so that I could get through this time with my health, and for that I am very grateful. Happy New Year!
